Crosses and Pulls

Here is an exercise to work on your finger coordination and dexterity, I call it Cross and Pulls.

You can be as creative as you want with the order and groupings of fingers, as well as the pattern of crossing and pulling.

This one is perfect for a silent night as theres no sound required.
