- Day 1- Primer Exercise + A Breakdown of the technique.
- Day 2- Concept Exercise 1; This will test push your ability as well as how you think about the technique.
- Day 3- Concept Exercises 2; A second concept based exercises or an expansion of Concept Exercise 1.
- Day 4 - A Mastery Exercise; This is an exercise which will create professional-grade proficiency.
- Day 5 - "The Lick Pack" - A PDF of licks and lines that utilise the technique of the week in different styles and keys.
